Chief Accountant

We are looking for a functional bilingual candidate (English and French) who will have had at least five years of experience in a similar position in Canada, accounting training and mastery of Excel software.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a full accounting cycle
  • Perform month closures
  • Analyze profitability results
  • Perform bank transfers
  • Take care of cash flow management
  • Participate in certain projects (ex. Grants)
  • Take care of the preparation of the year-end file

2. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting training
  • Accounting title
  • Experience in accounting team management (3 to 5 years)
  • Functional bilingual (both oral and written)
  • Mastery of Excel software

Financial assistant

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant, Finance in Montreal.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive invoices, codify, transfer and classify

Take out the invoices, send them with codification and classify them

Make customer reimbursement requests

Analyze the statements of accounts in order to provide the unreceived invoices

Provide support to payables

Make technical and administrative payroll

Make sure to record direct deposits and bank PPA rejections to accounts receivable

Clean up credit cards

Check the emails received and make the transfers to the responsible parties

Reconcile deposits and bank reconciliation

Write the end of the month

2. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma 5 or equivalent

Experience / knowledge with payables

 

Administrative assistant

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative management of the office, payment of invoices, orders for supplies, etc. ;

Process requests from phone and email;

Welcoming customers;

Communication with clients for the preparation of their file and for making appointments;

Drafting of documents such as: letters, forms, releases, invoices etc. ;

Opening, classification, monitoring, updating and closing of files

2. QUALIFICATIONS

DEP in secretarial or office automation and relevant experience in a related field;

Administrative and management skills;

Bilingualism: English and French spoken and written;

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;

Accounting knowledge;
